CN has established the Community Consultation Committee (CCC) as an advisory forum to provide information, exchange ideas, listen to feedback, and address concerns from the community, Indigenous communities, government, and other stakeholders as the Milton Logistics Hub Project progresses. The CCC ensures that CN considers community feedback regarding the construction and operation of the hub. As of November 2025, the Committee has held 19 virtual meetings, 5 in-person meetings, and participated in 8 site tours. Additionally, an active sub-committee has been established to propose onsite reuse solutions for the heritage buildings.
